Shipping policy
All orders will be shipped out via Australia Post with tracking. This includes Domestic (Australia Wide) and International (United States) orders.
The vast majority of orders will be shipped out within 5 business days of payment, and often sooner. DURING SALE EVENTS processing time is increased to 10 Business Days.
If there are any further processing delays expected customers will be contacted via email for an order status update. Domestic orders will be sent via Regular Parcel Post and will be subject to the timeliness of Australia Post. Delays are possible due to Coronavirus disruptions.
International Parcel Post can take upwards of 4 weeks at current times. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes payable for incoming parcels.
Unfortunately only selected countries are included in International Shipping at this current time.
