Shipping policy
All Oh Pluto orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking numbers provided. This applies to both Domestic (Australia Wide) and International orders.
Flat rate shipping prices apply, with free domestic standard Parcel Post shipping available on orders over AUD$95, and free international shipping on orders over AUD$200.
Domestic customers may upgrade their shipping to Express Post at checkout, however this does not guarantee a faster order processing time.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of payment. During sale events processing times are increased to 10 business days due to volume of orders received.
Please refer to Australia Post for estimated postage delivery times: https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/parcels/speeds-and-coverage
If there are any unexpected delays in an order being fulfilled, customers will be contacted via email with an order status update.
International buyers may be liable for customs fees or taxes payable for incoming parcels.
Unfortunately only selected countries are included in International Shipping at this current time.
