About me!
Louise van der Werff is the owner and designer at Oh Pluto (that's me!). I am a Materials Engineer by training and an avid maker. Oh Pluto is my opportunity to combine my passion in Science and the Arts to create fun and unique jewellery. I have developed a passion for the laser cutting process, and enjoy experimenting with different materials and production techniques. I have also recently developed a process for melt pressing scrap acrylic offcuts into beautiful new recycled acrylic wearables. Each piece is handmade by me in Melbourne, Australia.

Recycled Acrylic Collection
My recycled acrylic collection is made from scrap acrylic sourced from my own laser cutting adventures, larger laser cutting companies and small Aussie based makers. If you have scrap acrylic that you don't know what to do with, consider sending it to me, and I can make it into something new and beautiful :)
