These little black and white stud earrings depict a stage in meiosis, where gametes are formed from parent cells. 

The detailing is laser engraved and hand painted in black, on white acrylic. 

The studs measure 15mm in diameter.

The earrings posts are surgical steel and are paired with comfort clutch earring nuts.

Perfect for Finding the Other Nerds in the Room

I teach medstudents, these earrings are perfect for cell cycle pracs. I can ask them what stage of meiosis the call is in and how we can tell it's not mitosis. :-D Also a great conversation starter in social settings...
